Stephen McGuire is a highly experienced Head of HSE (Sales) with extensive expertise in the Global Wind Industry. With a strong track record in developing and leading HSE and Contracting teams within major organisations such as Vestas and Siemens Gamesa, he specialises in embedding safety-first methodologies into complex sales, bidding and contracting processes. Stephen is recognised for his ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, negotiate high-value HSE contractual terms, and drive behavioural safety maturity across international operations. Throughout his career, Stephen has successfully delivered strategic HSE initiatives, including the creation of global policies and risk management frameworks for new market entry. His expert knowledge of CDM15, FIDIC contracts, Machinery Directive compliance and technical due diligence has enabled him to deliver significant commercial value. Stephen continues to enhance HSE performance, contractual governance, and continuous improvement in the renewable energy sector.

Etesian will provide support through early engagement with authorities and Customers. It will ensure that all permits and consents are in place and develop Employers Contractual documents which meet regulatory design and HSE company and legal requirements.
